1. (a) Individual contributions are to be paid to the vendor.
2. (b) If an individual contributes to Arkansas Rehabilitation Services toward the cost of any services or goods, an Arkansas Rehabilitation Services authorization will be written for the remaining amount.
3. (c) The contribution amount will be recorded in the IPE.

Codification Notes: “IPE” means individualized plan for employment.
