(a) A transporter/distributor shall keep a record of all agents employed by the transporter/distributor, including, but not limited to:

1. (1) Name of agent;
2. (2) Detailed job description;
3. (3) Records of all training received or acquired by the agent;
4. (4) Date or dates of employment;
5. (5) Record of days worked and time off; and
6. (6) Any disciplinary action taken against an agent.
