20 CAR § 810-901

Hours of operation

Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 98, sec. 24

(a) A processor may operate twenty-four (24) hours a day.
(b) A processor may transport medical marijuana between licensed facilities between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
