(b) Signage.

1. (1) Limited access areas shall be clearly marked.
2. (2) Any doorways separating qualified patient/designated caregiver areas and limited access areas shall be posted and equipped with controls to restrict entry.

(c) Controlled access.

1. (1) Limited access areas shall be locked and accessible only by:

   1. (A) Authorized personnel;
   2. (B) Individuals authorized by law;
   3. (C) Members of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division or Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Division; and
   4. (D) Laboratory personnel licensed by the Department of Health to conduct required testing.
2. (2) Dispensaries shall keep current rosters of personnel authorized to enter limited access areas.
3. (3) Contractors may access limited access areas subject to the provisions in 20 CAR § 810-804(a)(3)(A).
