20 CAR § 810-704 – Limited access areas

(a) Cultivation facilities shall limit access to areas where marijuana is grown, harvested, processed, and stored to authorized personnel.
(b) Signage. Limited access areas shall be clearly marked.
(c) Controlled access.
1. (1) Limited access areas shall be locked and accessible only by:
  1. (A) Authorized personnel;
  2. (B) Individuals authorized by law;
  3. (C) Members of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division or Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Division;
  4. (D) Laboratory personnel licensed by the Department of Health to conduct required testing; and
  5. (E) Contractors.
2. (2) Cultivation facilities shall keep current rosters of personnel authorized to enter limited access areas.
