Authorized transportation for dispensary
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 98, sec. 8
A dispensary shall only transport medical marijuana to a:
(1) Licensed cultivation facility;
(2) Licensed processor;
(3) Licensed dispensary; or
(4) Approved laboratory.
