Authorized transportation for cultivation facility
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 98, sec. 8
A cultivation facility shall only transport or deliver medical marijuana to:
(1) Another licensed cultivation facility;
(2) A licensed processor;
(3) A licensed transporter;
(4) A licensed dispensary; or
(5) An approved laboratory.
