A dispensary may:

1. (1) Acquire marijuana seedlings, plants, or usable marijuana from another licensed facility;
2. (2) Acquire marijuana seeds from any individual lawfully entitled to possess marijuana seeds, seedlings, and plants under the laws of the state in which the individual resides;

3. (3) Enter into a contract with a licensed transporter to transport medical marijuana or marijuana products to and from another:

   1. (A) Dispensary;
   2. (B) Cultivator;
   3. (C) Processing facility; or
   4. (D) Licensed laboratory;
4. (4) Transfer or sell marijuana seedlings, plants, or usable marijuana to other licensed facilities and approved laboratories; and

5. (5) Sell usable marijuana to qualified patients, qualified visitor patients, and designated caregivers within the parameters set forth by:

   1. (A) The Medical Marijuana Commission;
   2. (B) The Department of Health; and
   3. (C) The Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.
