1. (a) Cultivation facilities, processors, and dispensaries shall create and maintain written policies and procedures for the following:

   1. (1) Instructions for making each cannabinoid concentrate, extract, or product produced on the premises;
   2. (2) Ingredients and amount of each ingredient used for each process lot;
   3. (3) Process for making each product;
   4. (4) Number of servings in a process lot;
   5. (5) Intended amount of THC per serving and in a unit of sale of the product; and
   6. (6) Process for making each process lot homogenous.

2. (b) Licensed facilities that manufacture and process cannabinoid concentrates or extracts shall create and maintain written policies and procedures regarding:

   1. (1) Procedures for conducting necessary safety checks prior to processing;
   2. (2) Process for purging any solvent or other unwanted components from a cannabinoid concentrate or extract;
   3. (3) Sanitization procedures for working surfaces and equipment;
   4. (4) Procedures for handling or storage of any solvent, gas, or other chemical used in processing;
   5. (5) Quality control procedures; and

   6. (6) Emergency procedures in case of:

      1. (A) A fire;
      2. (B) Chemical spill; or
      3. (C) Other emergency.
