Recording the proceedings
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 98, sec. 8
- (a) The agency will record the testimony heard at a hearing.
- (b) Upon the filing of a petition for judicial review, the agency will provide a verbatim transcript of testimony taken before the agency.
