- (a) No person shall operate a medical marijuana dispensary unless the person has a license issued by the Medical Marijuana Commission pursuant to this part.
(b) Each license for a dispensary shall specify the:
- (1) Name of the individual who holds the license;
- (2) Address of the individual who holds the license;
- (3) Effective dates of the license; and
- (4) Address of the licensed facility.
