- (a) The Policies and Procedures Committee reviews and recommends, as needed, revisions to the rules of procedure that govern the operations of the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council.
- (b) Any recommendations by the committee will be forwarded to the council, and any action taken by the council will be consistent with the provisions of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq.
