The Prevention, Education, and Treatment Committee and the Law Enforcement Committee shall meet jointly on matters including, but not limited to, the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for State Prisoners Program, and shall make recommendations for funding to the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council which shall make the final funding decision.
