- (a) All personally identifiable information used in or to create the reports detailed in this subpart is confidential and is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Arkansas Code § 25-19-101 et seq.
- (b) Disclosures may only be made in accordance with Arkansas Code § 20-16-2410(b).
