Caregiver records shall contain the following:

   1. (A) Documentation of high school diploma or GED, and continuing education hours.
   2. (B) If these documents are no longer available, proof of reasonable effort to obtain the documentation is acceptable.
   3. (C) Clarification. Training hours will be counted on a calendar year basis or by the home’s operating schedule if they do not operate year-round;
2. (2) Documentation of the initiation of all required background checks and results obtained; and
3. (3) Verification of required transportation training and a current copy of the driver’s license for caregiver or caregivers who transports children.
