(a) The following swings shall not be used for any ages:

1. (1) Multioccupancy swings designed to hold more than one (1) participant, except tire swings;
2. (2) Heavy molded swings such as animal figure swings;
3. (3) Free-swinging rope (Tarzan ropes);
4. (4) Swinging exercise rings;
5. (5) Trapeze bars; and

   1. (A) Swings attached to a composite structure.
   2. (B) “Composite structure” is defined by the Consumer Product Safety Commission as “two (2) or more play structures attached or functionally linked, to create one (1) integral unit that provides more than one (1) play activity”.
