(a)

1. (1) Students visiting the out-of-school time facility on a regular or periodic basis to observe program activities, or for similar purposes, shall not:

   1. (A) Be counted in the staff-to-participant ratio;
   2. (B) Have disciplinary control over participants; and
   3. (C) Be left alone with participants.
2. (2) These individuals shall have a Child Maltreatment Central Registry check on file.
