(a)
- (1) The caregiver or caregivers shall provide a clear statement regarding the presence of any other adults eighteen (18) years of age and above who remain in the home during any hours in which care is being given.
- (2) Such persons shall not present a threat to the safety or welfare of children.
- (b) The home shall have additional staff when there are persons in the home who require constant or routine care.
