- (a) To the maximum extent appropriate, children ages zero (0) to two (2) shall participate in early intervention services provided in natural environments.
- (b) When infants and toddlers cannot achieve satisfactory results from early intervention services in a natural environment, the provision of early intervention services shall occur in other appropriate settings as determined by the parent and the individualized family service team.
