- (a) Pets with which children have contact shall receive vaccinations as required by law.
- (b) Verification of vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian shall be maintained.
- (c) Any pet that constitutes a threat to the welfare and safety of the children shall be kept in a confined area that prevents any contact with the children.
