(a) Childcare licensing staff shall have access to licensed homes for the purpose of conducting:
- (1) Inspections;
- (2) Reviews; and
- (3) Complaint investigations.
- (b) Denial of access to the home or denial of the right to interview children in care or other individuals present during hours of care may result in adverse action against the license.
