20 CAR § 1025-1604 – Part-time program variations

(a) Program requirements, 20 CAR § 1025-501.
1. (1) A rest period is not required for children who:
  1. (A) Are in care for less than four (4) hours per day; or
  2. (B) Arrive shortly after lunch.
2. (2) Outside play may be scheduled for periods of less than one (1) hour daily.
(b) Nutrition requirements, 20 CAR § 1025-801. Facilities in operation for more than three (3) hours per day shall provide a snack that meets current United States Department of Agriculture guidelines.
