Infant and toddler safety requirements
Arkansas Code § 20-78-206
(a) Balloon use shall not be allowed in infant and toddler areas.
(b) Pacifiers, if used, shall not be secured around the neck by:
(1) A cord; or
(2) Any other means that could represent a strangulation hazard.
