1. (a) A local provider program can market its services.
2. (b) A local provider program and, or, or both an EI service provider cannot solicit a child or the child’s family.
3. (c) A local provider program and, or, or both an EI service provider cannot enter into a collaboration or other type of partnership with a childcare program in such a way that parent choice of provider is disrupted or in such a way that prevents a child’s service provider on record access to the child in a childcare or other early learning program or setting.
