(a)

1. (1) The Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance may temporarily suspend an EIDT license if the EIDT fails to comply with this part.
2. (2) If an EIDT’s license is suspended, the EIDT must immediately stop providing EIDT services until the division reinstates its license.

(b)

1. (1) The division may permanently revoke an EIDT license if the EIDT fails to comply with this part.
2. (2) If an EIDT’s license is revoked, the EIDT must immediately stop providing EIDT services and comply with the permanent closure requirements in 20 CAR § 537-901(a).
