- (a) The Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance may impose on an ADDT a civil monetary penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for each violation of this part.
(b)
- (1) The division may file suit to collect a civil monetary penalty assessed pursuant to this part if the ADDT does not pay the civil monetary penalty within sixty (60) days from the date the division provides written notice to the ADDT of the imposition of the civil monetary penalty.
- (2) The division may file suit in Pulaski County Circuit Court or the circuit court of any county in which the ADDT is located.
