Written notice of enforcement action

- (a) The Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance shall provide written notice to the ADDT of all enforcement actions taken against the ADDT.
- (b) The division shall provide written notice to the ADDT by mailing the imposition of the enforcement action to the manager appointed by the ADDT pursuant to 20 CAR § 536-301.
