Notification to guardians and legal custodians

- (a) An ADDT must notify the guardian or legal custodian of a client of any reportable incident involving a client, as well as any injury or accident involving a client even if the injury or accident is not otherwise required to be reported in this part.
- (b) An ADDT should maintain documentation evidencing notification required in subsection (a) of this section.
