(a) An ADDT must:
(1) Submit all reports of the following events within one (1) hour of the event:
- (A) Death of a client;
- (B) Serious injury to a client; or
- (C) Any incident that an ADDT should reasonably know might be of interest to the public or the media; and
- (2) Submit reports of all other incidents within forty-eight (48) hours of the event.
- (b) An ADDT must submit reports of all incidents to the Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance as provided through the division’s website: https://humanservices.arkansas.gov/about-dhs/dpsqa/.
- (c) Reporting under these standards does not relieve an ADDT of complying with any other applicable reporting or disclosure requirements under state or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
