Third-party service agreements

- (a) An ADDT may contract in writing with third-party vendors to provide services or otherwise satisfy requirements under this part.
(b) An ADDT must ensure that all third-party vendors comply with this part and all other applicable:
- (1) Laws;
- (2) Rules; and
- (3) Regulations.
