20 CAR § 535-805 – Transfer of beneficiaries

(a) The Division of Developmental Disabilities Services may require a provider to transfer a beneficiary to another provider if the division finds that the provider cannot adequately provide services to the beneficiary.
(b) If directed by the division, a provider must continue providing services until the beneficiary is transferred to their new service provider of choice.
(c) A transfer of a beneficiary may be permanent or for a specific term depending on the circumstances.
