Written notice of enforcement action

- (a) The Division of Developmental Disabilities Services shall provide written notice to a provider of all enforcement actions taken against the provider.
- (b) The division shall provide written notice to a provider by mailing the imposition of the enforcement action to the manager appointed by the provider pursuant to 20 CAR § 535-301.
