Compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and other standards

- (a) A provider must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, codes, or regulations and violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law, rule, code, or regulation constitutes a violation of this part.
(b)
- (1) In the event of a conflict between this part and another applicable local, state, or federal law, rule, code, or regulation the stricter requirement shall apply.
- (2) In the event of an irreconcilable conflict between this part and another applicable local, state, or federal law, rule, code, or regulation this part shall govern to the extent not governed by local, state, or federal law.
