- (a) Prior to the suspension of funds or termination of the grant agreement for noncompliance with grant conditions, the subrecipient shall be granted a hearing by the state lead agency upon written request made by the subrecipient within ten (10) calendar days from the date of notification of intent to suspend or terminate the Community Services Block Grant agreement.
- (b) The hearing shall be conducted at the state lead agency’s offices in Little Rock, Arkansas, or any other appropriate location at the state lead agency’s discretion, with a written notification of the time, place, and subject matter by the state lead agency to the subrecipient.
