(a)

1. (1) Periodically it will be necessary to revise this part.

2. (2) This may be in response to:

   1. (A) New federal or state laws, rules, regulations, or policies;
   2. (B) Changing circumstances among the low-income population; or
   3. (C) Resources available to low-income persons.

(b)

1. (1) Therefore, the state lead agency will review this part on a regular basis and issue any changes in the form of policy directives.
2. (2) The state lead agency will ensure that all eligible entities receive notice of changes via the policy directives and will make the appropriate revisions to this part as needed under the guidance of the Director of the Division of County Operations.
