(a)

1. (1) When the advance notice of the hearing is sent, the accused individual is advised that he or she has ten (10) calendar days from the date he or she signs the certified mail receipt to review the administrative file and request subpoenas.
2. (2) This ten-day limit applies only to the request for subpoenas.

(b)

1. (1) The accused individual and/or caretaker relative may review the administrative file any time prior to, or during, the hearing.
2. (2) However, he or she may request subpoenas only during the ten (10) calendar days following the date the certified mail receipt is signed.
