1. (a) The Division of County Operations has a continuing responsibility to provide assistance for eligible participants as adequately as funds will permit and to ensure that no ineligible recipient continues to receive assistance.
2. (b) The division and the participant have the responsibility to ensure that information upon which a participant’s eligibility is based is current and complete.
3. (c) During follow-up contact with the Transitional Employment Assistance Program participant, the eligibility worker and case manager will ensure that the requirements in this subpart continue to be met.
