The following individuals are exempt from the drug screening and testing requirements:

1. (1) A dependent child under the age of eighteen (18);

2. (2)

   1. (A) A non-head-of-household minor parent who lives in the home of the minor parent’s parent, legal guardian, or other adult relative described in 20 CAR § 502-307.

   2. (B) Exception.

      1. (i) A minor parent will not be exempt from the drug screening requirement if the minor parent is a head-of-household minor parent.
      2. (ii) Refer to 20 CAR § 502-304; and
3. (3) An individual participating in the Career Pathways Program or Community Investment Initiative under the Transitional Employment Assistance Program and Arkansas Work Pays Program.
