1. (a) In addition to the eligibility requirements dealt with during the application interview, i.e., the Personal Responsibility Agreement (PRA), providing or applying for a Social Security number for all family members, and initial cooperation with the Office of Child Support Enforcement of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration, it will be determined and documented in the case record whether the family meets the remaining transitional employment assistance (TEA) eligibility requirements as described in the following sections.

2. (b)

   1. (1) If it is determined, at any point, that an eligibility requirement is not met, it is not necessary to determine whether the applicant meets any other requirements.
   2. (2) The application may be denied based on the requirement not met.
   3. (3) Each requirement is discussed in more detail in the following sections.
