1. (a) If the applicant makes a good cause claim, he or she will be advised of the information needed to substantiate it and that the information must be provided within twenty (20) days of the date the claim is made.
2. (b) If the application is ready to be processed, though, before the twentieth day and the evidence has not been provided, it will not be delayed.
