1. (a) If the family includes a minor parent, i.e., under eighteen (18) years of age, certain requirements must be met.

2. (b) If the minor parent is not determined to be a head of household, these requirements include:

   1. (1) Signing the Personal Responsibility Agreement along with the adult in the home; and
   2. (2) Living in an adult-supervised setting.
3. (c) All minor parents must attend school or engage in other educational activities.
4. (d) These requirements are described in more detail in 20 CAR §§ 502-305 and 502-306.
