1. (a) The county office will disqualify a family if a member has been found to have committed an intentional program violation (IPV) by a court of law in accordance with 20 CAR §§ 502-1603 and 502-1615.
2. (b) When a court finds that an individual has committed an IPV, the Fraud Investigation Unit of the Department of Human Services will inform the county office by memo, with a copy to the Overpayment Unit of the Department of Human Services.
3. (c) The procedures relative to imposition of the disqualification are described in 20 CAR § 502-1615.
