1. (a) Extended support services (ESS) are available to certain families who lose eligibility for transitional employment assistance (TEA) due to earnings.

2. (b) These services are:

   1. (1) Child care;
   2. (2) ESS employment bonus and transportation assistance;
   3. (3) ESS job retention;
   4. (4) ESS case management services; and

   5. (5)

      1. (A) Transitional Medicaid.
      2. (B) Note.

3. (i) Eligibility for Transitional Medicaid is determined by the Division of County Operations.

4. (a) (a) Individuals approved for Transitional Medicaid will be eligible for the full range of Medicaid services, including services under the Children's Health Services Program.

5. (b) (b) Refer to Medical Services Policy Manual, 2061.

   1. (iii) All other ESS are determined by the Department of Human Services and the Office of Early Childhood, e.g., child care.
