(a) A case will be closed:

1. (1)

   1. (A) When the recipient has requested closure.
   2. (B) Advance notice will be given if required.
   3. (C) Refer to 20 CAR § 502-802;
2. (2) Upon notice of another state agency that the recipient is being certified for assistance in that state;
3. (3) When the Department of Human Services has factual information that a recipient fails to meet any eligibility requirement; or
4. (4) When a recipient has failed to furnish requested information or failed to comply with other agency procedures necessary to establish their eligibility after specific written notice (DCO-0001 or system generated) that they must do so.
