1. (a)

   1. (1) Volunteers are subject to the rules and policies of the office where they are assigned.
   2. (2) This includes the policies that govern the disclosure of information concerning the Department of Human Services and its clients.
   3. (3) The volunteer’s supervisor in the department’s county office is responsible for informing the volunteer of the disclosure policy for each program in which the volunteer works.

2. (b)

   1. (1) Volunteers may perform any duty in the department’s county office as determined appropriate by the County Administrator.
   2. (2) However, a paid Division of County Operations employee, as designated by the County Administrator, must review and approve any certification or benefit determination decisions recommended by a nonpaid volunteer.
