1. (a) All alcohol and other drug abuse treatment programs in Arkansas are required to report client-related data in accordance with the requirements of the current ADMIS.
2. (b) For acute care, hospital-based alcohol and drug abuse treatment programs, failure to report may result in notification to the Division of Health Facility Services of the Department of Health, of failure to comply with requirements of Acts 1991, No. 25.

3. (c)

   1. (1) Licensure awarded automatically pursuant to Acts 1995, No.173, shall not be affected by failure to report.
   2. (2) For all other treatment programs, failure to report may result in the loss of the Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention-required licensure.
