The organizations involved in the establishment of the program and the individuals who carry out the duties of the program, the Department of Human Services, area agencies on aging, and provider agencies must be free from conflicts of interest, pursuant to Section 712(f) of the Older Americans Act, Arkansas Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program rules, and processes developed by the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman.
