1. (1) Although the issues and circumstances of complaints will vary, the general guidelines of Subpart 10 of this part apply to all complaint handling.
2. (2) Whenever questions arise regarding appropriate ombudsman representative practice in handling complaints, the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman should be contacted for guidance.
