- (a) The Arkansas Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program shall identify, investigate, and resolve complaints made by or on behalf of residents.
(b)
- (1) Although the issues and circumstances of complaints will vary, the general guidelines of Subpart 10 of this part apply to all complaint handling.
- (2) Whenever questions arise regarding appropriate ombudsman representative practice in handling complaints, the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman should be contacted for guidance.
