As used in this subpart:

1. (1) “Citizen of the State of Arkansas” means an individual must be a legal resident of the State of Arkansas at the time of nomination;
2. (2) “Nominee” means an individual that has been nominated for consideration of their selection and induction into the Senior Arkansans Hall of Fame; and
3. (3) “Senior” means an individual who has attained age sixty (60) or older at the time of nomination.
