1. (a)

   1. (1) Effective July 1, 2007, an individual may remain in SCSEP for up to forty-eight (48) lifetime months.
   2. (2) Current participants will be informed about the new durational limitation on enrollment in the program which began July 1, 2007.
   3. (3) For new participants, it will be their enrollment date after June 30, 2007.
   4. (4) Individual participant waivers may be granted based upon the Individual Durational Limit Policy.

2. (b)

   1. (1) Beginning July 1, 2007, Arkansas has an overall average participation cap of twenty-seven (27) months.
   2. (2) In certain cases, a waiver may be requested that allows up to a thirty-six-month average participation rate.
